To better support our clients when unexpected events or promotional opportunities appear, we’re introducing a Priority Content (Rush) option, designed to give you more flexibility while ensuring your ongoing content plan stays consistent and high quality.
Why We’re Introducing Rush Services
Our work is most effective when content is planned in advance. This allows us to:
- Align content with your wider marketing goals
- Maintain consistent messaging and quality
- Allocate the right creative and production time
But we also understand that business doesn’t always run on a perfect schedule. Sometimes you need to move fast, and we want to be able to support that properly.
The Priority Content option allows us to do exactly that, without disrupting the planned work that keeps your marketing performing long term.
Not only does it mean that we can accommodate last-minute content, but it also means we can prioritise short deadlines during particularly busy seasons.
What Is Priority Content?
Priority Content is an optional add-on for last-minute or time-sensitive requests that require a faster turnaround than originally planned.
When you choose this option, your request is moved to the front of our production schedule, meaning:
- Your content is prioritised by our team
- Turnaround times are accelerated
- You can act quickly on opportunities that weren’t in the original plan
This gives you the freedom to be more reactive and agile with your marketing when needed.
What’s Included as Standard (No Extra Cost)
Anything shared with us in advance as part of your monthly planning will always be covered within your usual package.
For example:
- Trade shows you’re attending
- Events or launches you know about ahead of time
- Planned promotions or campaigns
- Key dates in your business calendar
If we know about it early, we’ll build it into your content schedule. No rush fee, no extra charges.
Planning ahead is still the best way to get the most value from your marketing.
When the Priority Charge Applies
The Priority Content fee only applies when:
- A request comes in outside of the agreed monthly plan
- The turnaround time required is in a 48-hour period
- We need to reshuffle production time to accommodate it
We’ll always confirm this with you before proceeding, so everything is clear and agreed in advance.
The Goal: Flexibility Without Compromising Quality
This update is about balance.
It allows us to:
- Protect time for your planned, strategic content
- Maintain high creative standards
- Still support you when something urgent or exciting comes up
You get the best of both worlds: structured planning and on-demand flexibility.
If you’d like help mapping out upcoming events or key dates to avoid priority fees, we’re always happy to plan ahead with you- just drop us a message.
