To achieve this, we created and executed a 6-month strategy using direct consumer targeting, and pulling the accurate data of them to target directly. In addition, we built a nurture system to re-engage old leads and bring them back into the fold.

Meta Advertising

  • Created a strategic campaign to attract new buyers who hadn’t engaged with the brand yet- focusing on Swim Instructors and small swim schools.
  • Configured their CRM to receive leads automatically and fall into their existing workflow.

Data Generation for a Direct Sales Campaign 

  • We wrote and mapped an email cadence to engage with councils with swim facilities and swim schools, to engage them into ordering for their next events
  • Analysed and reported on data patterns to improve responsiveness, engagement and overall opportunities for the sales team. 
  • Provided additional Sales Support and Sales Training to the team, fixing their CRM and ensuring the sales journey was smooth after set-up.

Newsletter Marketing to retain and nurture customers

  • We wrote and managed audiences for thier monthly newsletters, driving awareness and engagement to thier existing and growing database.
  • Analysed and reported on data patterns to improve responsiveness, engagement and overall opportunities for the sales team.

And our Meta Ads have also delivered an epic return on investment:
